The plants are now in our garden and growing like crazy.
The kids compared flavors, and all agreed that the big fat juicy ones tasted better...that would be the sweet basil.
The small pot with no drainage(wild) stunted the growth of the basil. It bushed out but didn't produce much. Suprisingly the medium pot with no drainage worked better than the medium pot with drainage. The plant in the pot with a hole grew taller, but the other plant produced larger leaves and more of them.
My camera went on the fritz, so I haven't been able to update pictures. As soon as I can I will post them here.
